"They responded relatively quickly, however, the technician was inexperienced. I was locked out of my apartment, which has a deadbolt lock and a knob lock. He quoted me the price for picking a deadbolt lock upon arrival and assessing on-site. He spent less than 20 minutes attempting to pick the deadbolt, during that time intermittently texting and taking calls as well. He was arranging his next job. He became impatient trying to pick the deadbolt and said he will have to break it by drilling through it. After breaking the deadbolt he insisted that the price was the same as picking it; and also tried to sell a new lock and installation service. He also asked for a review to be written before he left. He said that it is asked of them to have the customer do so before they leave the site. He even provided me with verbiage of what to write. He gave up on witnessing me write the review because he said he had to rush to his next appointment."

"I had an issue with a new door handle breaking. Quick call and within 30 minutes they diagnosed and fixed the problem replacing the cheap parts. They also will come back if I have issues again with their replacement. So quick!!!"
