"I went to this place today for inspection at 3:30pm and just by looking at the car he told me we can't do it because car window tint is dark. But I've had them on for 6 years!!! and obviously everything is legal. I went to a place close to that and zasss I have an inspection. They lose clients. They should have done the right thing, which is to check the car's tints to see if they are legal. They could use a light transmission-measuring device called a photometer. This device determines if your vehicle's safety glass meets the light transmittance or luminous reflectance standards before saying no just by looking at it, I think his vision was wrong. I went to Broadway Gas and passed inspection. So?"
