"Claudio was the foreman on a project at my house back in December. I forgot to leave a review until now (sorry for the delay!!!) but his work was so good I had to pop in to give him a shout out. We had a mold/mildew issue in our downstairs bathroom and John at CertaPro, along with Claudio, and restored everything back to the way it should be. Claudio uncovered an issue with how tiles/baseboard fell out of alignment due to the slightly misshapen dimensions of our bathroom... So he explained/showed the issue clearly, and came up with multiple solution irons. The end result was nothing short of immaculate. In addition to his clear talents, he was just an all around personal/nice dude. Next time we have an issue that needs a pro, we'll definitely reach out again!"

"We hired CertaPro of Andover to paint the outside of our home. They subcontracted a painting company called ML painting to do the work and the quality of the work was very low. Our biggest issue for the project was that we paid for 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint and we caught the painters applying the first coat of paint to the back of the house after only putting 1 coat of primer. When we asked for an explanation we were told it was simply a misunderstanding. We also decided to change paint colors after some areas of the house were painted and were told we would need to pay $1000 extra as the paint had already been purchased for the full job. When I later told them that I expected to be given the extra paint that we had already paid for, it turned out that they had not actually bought all the paint yet and they quickly backtracked on us having to pay the extra $1000. I would not trust this company given they tried to cheat us in two different ways. The quality of the work was also very poor and we are left with windows that have paint marks, stains and scratches on them and an area that is already chipping. They also left all of our windows that open with a crank such that they no longer smoothly open and close. The painters do not even know how to properly apply tape prior to painting. Clearly amateur work. They also send out a customer preference survey that they clearly do not even look at. I had to do 4 "final walkthroughs" with the company because they were repeatedly unable to fix the mistakes that I pointed out to them and in the end we essentially gave up on working with them because the painters were so bad and despite all of the walkthroughs they left our sliding screen doors detached so I had to put them back on myself. I could continue to list the problems we had with the job but I'm sure you get the idea. I attached a few pictures as examples of their work. I would strongly recommend against working with this company."
