"We had a wonderful experience with painting our entire townhouse in Dorchester. Scheduling a quote online was easy. Rich showed up early and gave a thorough quote to paint all the walls, trim and ceilings. The quote was very competitive. The crew showed up right on time and was friendly and made us feel at ease. Junior, the job foreman, called me when he arrived and communicated with me throughout the process. The crew painted a small area and noticed the paint color we chose didn't seem accurate to what was described. They called us before they painted any further and worked with us to fix the color problem (turns out the paint company gave them the wrong color). They did an amazing job and the workmanship is top notch. They pay particular attention to keeping the work area clean and left our home spotless. "They repaired damage on our deck and painted it. Within 3 months the paint was already chipping and coming up. Within 6 months the paint looked worse than it did before work was done. Owner stated it was common walking surfaces so wasn’t covered under their warranty. The worst parts were on the boards and steps they replaced. It’s clear that they did not put two coats of paint down & did not properly prepare the surface for paint. I would not use this company again."
