"I received excellent service in record time on a Monday afternoon from Paul Ledbetter. I was fortunate to reach Paul by calling him twice, as his voicemail was full, and he managed to take my second call. We spoke briefly and then continued our conversation via text. Paul is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The issue was that three GFCI outlets in our kitchen could not be reset and had become nonfunctional. Despite being extremely busy and fully booked for the week, Paul offered to stop by the same day since he was working nearby. He squeezed us in between two of his appointments and arrived within an hour of my call. Paul quickly identified the cause of the problem and replaced the broken 21-year-old outlet with a new commercial-grade one. He was also able to reset the other two outlets, so everything is working perfectly now. We plan to have Paul return in a few weeks to replace additional old outlets in our kitchen and take care of some other work. Paul, a proud second-generation family business owner, is very pleasant to interact with and provides excellent customer service. Payment options include check, cash, or Venmo, and the rate for the service was very reasonable, especially given the prompt response. Paul’s flexibility and smart business sense served us very well."
