Instead of upholding the interests of residents, Mr. Ponte's actions have left me feeling exploited and powerless. I sincerely hope that others in the community take note of this unfortunate situation and reconsider engaging with Cliff Ponte's brokerage KW Watuppa. It is crucial for residents to be aware of the challenges they may face, especially when dealing with an individual who holds a position of influence within the city council. In conclusion, my experience with Cliff Ponte's brokerage has been highly unsatisfactory, and I feel it is essential for potential clients to be informed about the difficulties I have encountered. I expected better from a member of the city council committee, and I hope that my unfortunate situation serves as a cautionary tale for others!"
