"We had an excellent experience with CertaPro Painters of Woburn! The owner, Chris Leary, was able to come out quickly when we requested an estimate for our project - a large family room, office and bathroom. The initial walk-through with Chris was very thorough and informative, he came back to us with an estimate the same day and provided his business insurance info. The crew was able to start the job quickly, finished within the expected timerame and did a fantastic job. Chris checked in daily and did a final walk-through with us to ensure we were satisfied with the result. From beginning to end, the project was very professional and polished. We're already thinking about other painting we can have the team back to do!"

"I am unhappy with the paint job. I initially reached out to CertaPro to get my living room walls & one of the walls in the bedroom painted. Chris, the owner, is very understanding and accommodating of my schedule. The paint of itself was not great, however. The painters painted over my switch covers and outlets covers. It looked as though masking tape was not used because there was paint on the trim of the windows, adjacent walls, bookshelf, and ceilings. No clean up was done after; there was dust and debris on the floor. At my request, Chris did come back to touch up. Even with that, the trim of the windows was still not fixed and there was still visible dust. [Photos attached from after Chris came back to touch up the 1st round of work]"

I appreciated the communications with Chris before and during the project. He even circled back to my house to turn off our pool pump when we found out there was a small leak and we weren't around to turn it off.
