"All started with a leak in my heating system. Got recommended to kirkland and shaw. It was after hours so I called the emergency number and Craig called me right back and walked me through how to shut the zone off to stop the leak. Tom came out next day to look at it and tell me what they could do to fix it. Dimitri came out and fixed in a timley manner and did a great, clean job. Day later had another leak but further down the line. James came out next day and fixed. Prices were reasonable and customer service was above and beyond. Thank you guys so much for all your help."
