Everyone in the office is awesome, If something brakes in your apartment it’s fixed the day of your call or the next day. I have over 4 family members renting apartments from Cheryl. You guys rock! "Stay far away from any of her properties. Very poorly managed, not sure how she is even in business. I had to ask to have fire alarms installed before I moved into the apartment. I was in a third floor unit and never had the screens put into my windows that i had asked for. A washer and dryer was advertised, never worked for the year I lived there. In fact, there was a pool of green water in the washer the whole time. And, what officially drove me out of there was the 3 ft pile of snow that was placed behind my car by one of the plows she had plow the driveway. I spent 12 hrs back and forth on the phone trying to get someone to remove it. I work in a Hospital, I don’t get snow days, so I ended up having to shovel myself out of the parking spot. A huge pile of frozen snow. This should never happen to someone who pays rent and has snow removal included. I’ve been out of there for a year now and no longer have to deal with that slumlord. Thank god."
