"My husband and I first met Ron from a call I had made requesting information on a house back in February of this year. That was the best call I have made in a very long time! I can not stand dealing with pushy realtors that will not leave you alone. Ron certainly does not fit that profile. My first impression of Ron was; very down to earth, good listener, asks many questions to make sure the homes he shows you fit the profile of the home you are looking for. We were so upset at the time but now are very grateful it did fall through because we wouldn't have the house we have now. If Ron wasn't able to answer our call at that moment Ron was certainly very quick in responding to our call. Most of the time it was because he was with a client and didn't feel it was right to answer a call from another client. I respect him for that. He makes you feel like you are his only client and dedicates his time to you with no distractions. Ron is also very honest and knowledgeable. In our house search we would contact him with interest of seeing a particular house. There were quite a few that he would tell us point blank "You don't want to purchase this house" He would then show and explain to us the reasoning for his comments always looking out for our best interest. Our review for Ron is a 5 star rating. I would not only recommend him on purchasing a home but for selling a home. If he can make us feel relaxed in purchasing he is the person I would want selling my home, because potential buyers would feel at ease when they were talking with Ron on the phone. End result there would be more traffic coming through viewing the home which would give you the opportunity to sell it quicker. I highly recommend Ron to those looking to purchase or sell a home."

"As first time home buyers, my fiance and I had a lot of questions and a lot of learning to do. Ron is an amazing realtor. Ron is a down to earth friendly guy. He never tried to push us into a property and he was very honest about each property. He pointed out more things to watch out for in our property than our home inspector. He worked with us for several months and gave me the tools to research a lot of the properties myself (Which I wanted to do before seeing each property). In the end we landed a property that after a few months already has 30K in equity. We were one of 18 or so bidders interested in the property. We viewed the property, loved it, and Ron had a signed off sent to the seller in under 4 hours! He ended up hand delivering our second offer and that is the reason I know I am now a proud home owner. He strikes the right balance keeping in touch with you but he knows you won't find a property overnight (I had one realtor email twice everyday for 2 weeks before I had to ask her to stop). "I have worked with Ron twice, once in buying my home and then five years later selling that home. Ron is simply great. What I appreciate most about working with him is his honesty and his ability to guide you through the process very competently, from doing the market research on what my house was worth, to the repairs that needed to be done to put the best face on the home, to finding the workers to do the various jobs at reasonable prices. I bought high and had to sell low and Ron was upfront that the market had changed and he didn't sugar coat that fact, but did it with an understanding that it was painful on my part to not only lose so much in the selling part but also the money I needed to spend to get the house ready. Ron was excellent at explaining the market and how best to get the most out of my home when I sold. He was a tireless worker and when I knew I needed mulch in the front yard it was his truck and half his shoveling that got that job done. He literally got his hands dirty to help me out. Buying and selling can be a difficult process, but Ron was always able to smooth the way by just knowing the right people to get things done and the right process. Ron was always available by phone and was easy to meet with in person. Sometimes I felt like I was the only person he was working with which speaks to his personal dedication to me and my house search and then later the selling. I guess the best review I can give him is that he helped me buy the house and five years later when I sold, I thought of no one else I wanted to help me through the process but Ron.
