"This hotel is gross and frankly I cannot understand why it has any positive reviews. The rooms are very dingy, the fridge was rusty, the lights and TV remote didn't work. The room we booked had a kitchenette but no glasses, plates or silverware are provided so it is essentially useless unless you want to go wait in the lobby (again.) The walls and ceilings are so thin we weren't able to sleep, people were stomping and yelling at 1am. You get 3 flat, sad pillows and they don't have any others available (we asked.) There are constantly groups of people lurking in the parking lot and hallways. You get a general sense of unease just walking into the place, I would not return without a gun to my head."
"One of your luggage carts isn’t working properly the wheels locks. Otherwise great stay. Your housekeeping staff are wonderful and concierge have great customer service etiquette and very friendly. Thank you a bunch Merry Christmas"
"The hotel itself is decent. If you need a short term place to stay, I actually would recommend this Extended Stay. You can tell that they have just cleaned it up. Just caution yourself to the people already staying there and the staff. Mind your business and you'll be fine. Also, if you own a vehicle watch it in the parking lot. I recommend parking insight of your vehicle. People like to lurk and touch vehicles that aren't theirs. For example, a bunch of men staying at the hotel thought it was okay to lay across my car and another person's. We had a few incidences where people don't watch their children, one tried to climb into my boyfriend's car. Also not watching animals and them climbing in the car as well.... We did not choose to socialize so this was inappropriate.... So just be mindful of what's around you and your stuff. If you're not a social person this is not a place for you!! There are constantly people outside and around socializing."
"My fiance and mother-in-law are attending a concert in Mansfield, MA for her birthday. As a gift, I booked and paid for their hotel room, and this location was one of very few in the area with reasonable rates. Before booking, I called and asked what the procedure was for this, as I wanted to pay with my card. A very nice gentleman gave me exact directions to the credit card waiver form on the website, step-by-step. It was incredibly helpful. I booked the room, filled out the waiver, and called back to make sure that it had all gone through properly and nothing else was needed. This time a very nice lady answered, checked into all the details, and assured me that all was well. My fiance and his mother just checked into their room a few hours ago. I got a text from him saying that the desk person told him there was no card on file, so, naturally, I called the front desk to try to resolve the situation. I politely explained what was happening, despite this desk person speaking over me and interrupting me several times. I told him that I had an email confirming that I had booked the room in my finance's name with my card and I had filled out the waiver. He repeatedly told me to calm down and relax, although I was calm. I asked if they could just stay in the room and I could come pay tomorrow, or if I could fill out another waiver. The desk man continued to talk over me and interrupt, and would only say, "that's not how this works" instead of trying to help me figure out a solution, or even being open to one. Eventually he let me know that he was looking for the waiver, which confused me further-why would he tell my fiance that he didn't have the waiver before even looking for it? Thankfully, the waiver was found, and my partner and his mother were checked in, not long before I got another text from my partner commenting on the rudeness of the front desk person toward me on the phone, as he had heard the whole thing. I was very impressed with the first two people I spoke with on the phone originally, and was very grateful for their help, but today's front desk person was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I spent more than ten years working in customer service, and my job now as a network Assistant Director for live sports requires me to speak with many different people in many different countries on a daily basis in order to coordinate live television events. I strongly believe that customer service people are often treated badly, and usually for no good reason, and I refuse to stoop to that level. If I had ever treated a customer, client, guest, or protegé the way I was treated today, I would have been fired. I don't appreciate being disrespected the way I was today."
"Honestly I was tempted to ask for my money back and stay somewhere else. All I could smell was cigarettes' all around the building. I did not feel comfortable getting under the covers. I was in the area for a conference and now know that adding minutes to my drive time is definitely worth it! This was not a very welcoming environment."
