"Stayed here for one night after going to a Red Sox game. Less expensive than some of the hotels nearby and it was closer to Fenway. Easy contactless check in and check out. The cleaning fee seemed a little high based on the size of the room. Liked that they had a secure entrance."

"Super clean and staff/customer service was very accommodating when travel plans didn’t go as expected. Hands down the cleanest hotel I’ve been to in years. The location is great, especially if you’re dropping off at Berklee. It’s within walking distance to school, eating, and shopping. We only had to get an Uber once and that was because we were dorm shopping."

"We had the pleasure of staying at 28 Fenway during Marathon weekend! It was an absolute delight. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by its beauty, with a spacious foyer adorned with comfortable seating and a striking staircase perfect for a place to sit and relax while having a glass of wine! The rooms were equally impressive, with all new furnishings and amenities like a coffeemaker, refrigerator, sink, and a convenient kitchenette. The bathroom was just as luxurious, leaving nothing more we could ask for. Location couldn’t be better!!!!! close to all the fun spots in Boston, including Fenway Park and Newbury Street, everything is within walking distance. We're already looking forward to our next stay here and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in Boston!"

"If you haven’t stayed at the Maverick Suits, run don’t walk! Beautiful place to stay right in downtown Boston. Located blocks away from Newbury street. My family stayed in a few units, and each family member had nothing but positive comments. The rooms were immaculate, the bedding, showers & bathrooms were extremely clean. There was a sink and a refrigerator in our rooms. It was easy and accessible to get in and out of the building. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to friends!"

The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained, our room was very clean, and the room provided everything we needed for a two-night stay. The location couldn't have been better - It's situated in a safe and convenient area, with a quick walk to Newbury Street. Plus, the Maverick Suites team was incredibly quick to respond to any questions or requests we had, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.
