"It will be a challenge to put into words the extraordinary and wonderful experience of working with Melissa on both the sale of one property and the purchase of another. We began the “journey” a year ago, when we asked Melissa to advise us on preparing for a move two-to-five years in the future. After examining the property, Melissa gave us a to-do list – including estimated costs. Melissa returned a few months later, this time with instructions that we’d like to move sometime in the next eighteen months.
