"My wife found Ron on FaceBook with his knowledgable, friendly videos and the pictures for his listings stand out from the rest. From the first time meeting Ron you get a sense that he just loves talking to people. We ended up sitting down with him for 2 hours but I think he could have talked for another 2. Throughout the process, Ron was flexible and did whatever we needed. We took the advice he gave that we wanted to follow, but he didn't push back when there were things we didn't agree with.
