"Things got much, much worse since 4 seasons joined Laureyns. They seem to focus on charging and collecting money, rather than fixing customer problem. The worse the service, the more visits required, the more billing follows. Here is how they bill. Say something broke down. Tech comes in for 5-10 min, then says this needs to be replaced, but we don't have it. Then charges $180 for 10 min. Then they order the part and install it. Again $180 plus the cost of the part. And they don't provide invoice. You decide if this is a decent way of doing business. Oh, I forgot the best part. They demand COD (cash on delivery) like you are some sort of delinquent, without providing any invoice. Just pay what they say. And, if you sign up for the AC maintenance. They used to check everything out and, if needed, fill in the regrigerant right there, on the spot, within the same visit. Now, however, if refrigerant is low, the force you to schedule another appointment for "repairs" with a lot of extra charges. I can't ascribe anything other than scalping customers as their busines model."

"We had an issue with our water heater over flowing through the relief valve pipe. Called Berkshire Gas who then gave us Four Seasons Heating & Cooling to refer to. We received a call back from them that since it’s not the water heater we rent from Berkshire Gas and they aren’t taking new customers they can’t help us in this emergency situation and has no one to refer us to. Honestly I’m speechless and was so taken back by this. I’ve never been told by any company I’ve called in an emergency to deny to help because I’m not a customer and are not taking on new customers. Really just shows a business true colors in a small town/county area."

"We had an issue with furnace’s condensate pump and called around 12pm. A very helpful man answered the phone and told me he would call me back shortly. Within 10 minutes, he called back and said a technician would be out to see us within 15 minutes. This is by far the best service we’ve encountered from any local business. We’re happy to be regular customers for annual service and are so lucky this was handled so quickly! Thank you!"

"Had them when they were Four Seasons and they were really good called them last year and they said couldn't make it due to covid called this year never got a response back when I called them again was told that they dropped me because they haven't been to the address for two years not happy with them at all will never use them again"
