"I really don’t believe in leaving negative reviews anywhere. I am very concerned about this company though. My husband and I sat with this man named Milton to do a pre approval. This was on July 7th. We gave this man ALL of our info. We were told that he was going on vacation for a week, and that some one named Kahlee ( I believe that’s her name) would handle certain things in the interim. Never ever did we receive anymore contact from anyone. I have tried numerous times to contact this mortgage broker named Milton in private, so that I would not have to resort to this. Can someone from this office check your company’s phone messages, and please respond back to me. Should I get a pre approval some where else? What happens with our personal information that you took? Is this company still in existence?"

"If you get Barbara Mancovsky as your Loan Officer, than you are in luck! She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Barbara will keep you up-to-date on every step of the way it will take you to finalize the biggest purchase you'll ever make. She also is amazing at explaining every scenario you may encounter and any questions you have - there are no dumb questions! She also made herself available to me at odd hours (since I only had access to printing and scanning documents through work on overnights and weekends), which is the kind of customer service I wasn't expecting. I'd give her 10 stars if there was an option! Absolutely recommend!"
