"This branch is MAKING me no longer want to be a citizen Bank customers service and I have asked for the Direct deposit for my job but they are telling me to be using the other branch. I will use the other branch like the Easton branch or Boston. I wish the north side shut down and not the west side"

"Their ATM is horrible. There is always something wrong with it. It is brand new and it was broken again last night. Your hours suck too. What happened to staying open until 5? They say 4:30 and I have to leave work early and they are closed before that. Changing banks."

"If I could give a negative 6 I would. Called branch Saturday. I am a travel nurse from NJ my job accidentally used my FNCU for direct deposit my deposits are large every week. I have been a customer for years and in good standing. To day this branch treated me with disrespect and unprofessionalism. I requested an emergency provision. I had a check from liberty mutual for $800 and asked if any of it can be available due to an emergency and that I’m stranded in Ma. The lady with an accent told me she can’t help me, then I said I might as well close my account out then, she said “ if you like to come to the bank she would gladly close out my account”I explained to her it was an emergency and if some of the money can be used, she refused to help me. I asked to speak to the manager she TOLD ME SHE WAS THE MANAGER. When I continued to speak she hung up on me. I called back a young girl answered the phone and as I was talking to her she became hostile and said I was yelling. I told her I was not and that she was on speaker in my car. I asked for her name and she said since this is not a recorded line she does not need to tell me her name or the prior called. I’m calling and filing a complaint and closing my account out when I get back to NJ. How dare citizens bank treat me like trash after all these years. I will be calling the claimed to be bank manager Ronald Gleason about there misrepresentation of a manager and there unprofessional behavior including leaving a citizen bank customer stranded in Ma. After calling a second branch with a promise to return my call I received no call back! 4 hours later my hotel recommended a Walmart stating they cash checks ( NJ does not) not only did they cash my check I received excellent customer service. Screw Citizens Bank I will be closing my accounts ASAP"

"Well first of all the hours are incorrect for this "bank". They open at 10am on friday. Secondly in order to cash a check even from citizens they attempt to charge you 7$ which is out right terrible. Never the less to mention my experiences as a youth where they attempted to charge fees which for someone under 18 is illegal (even after it being brought to their attention they continued to attempt to about 6 times afterwards.). Just flat out a horrible establishment. I use Eastern currently and I am beyond satisfied with them. I'd suggest anyone with citizens robbery firm to switch really to anyone else. I personally have never had such a terrible set of experiences with any other company in my life."
