"Worst bank I've ever used. I bank for my 90 year old mother and everytime the Washington st branch says I'm not on the account. Kind of funny since her statements come from this location addressed to her and me. Done with them. Horrible."
"This bank has a lot of issues. Starting with the ATM. Sometimes its all in Spanish with NO English option. Other times its tells you to go inside only to find out that the inside ATM is broken. One time it kept my card and i had to come back in the morning to get it! No matter how many times you change the name (South Shore Cooperative) (S-Bank) you cant shake your lousy image. Its not like you are getting any interest to keep your money here. OPEN THE BANK! If your going to close it because of "covid" then fix the drive through ATM. So many problems causing long lines of cars."
