"Absolutely horrible experience planning my mothers arrangements. After dealing the with sudden death of my mother at the age of 52 the staff at lucid and Clancy was cold, money hungry, and extremely impatient. My siblings and I were still trying to figure out how we would pay for my mothers services and the staff at this dump of a an establishment not only tried to talk us into spending more money but then demanded payment before her body was even cold."
