"Horrible stuff. Lack of professional . Bad attitude. The bank is good just the people who work in it really bad"
"I was sitting on the single couch in the center of the bank waiting to be called. I then heard a woman’s voice. I turned my head around. I realized she was speaking to me. I was asked how she could assist me from her desk at the far left corner. She did not get up to get me or greet me at her desk. I had to update my info that day. I sat there providing her with the documents. She continues to click away. It was not friendly visit. I actually felt awkward sitting there until I asked for her name (no name tag present) midway through. I believed she’s the assistant manager. Then she started to make conversation and smile. Maybe I’m asking too much for a normal “hello”?"
