"So much to say but I’ll start with THANK YOU. Tony was referred to me through a friend who had a small fire in her home. We had a house fire back in July and never thought we’d experience anything like this. We lost everything and it has been an incredibly stressful time for my mother sister and I. "Not sure how this review keeps getting deleted and only the 5 star reviews remain... something fishy going on here.. Can I give 0 stars? Anthony is one of the worst people I've ever dealt with. He became less and less responsive as my claim progressed. He was rude, argumentative, condescending, and just terrible to deal with. He wouldn't read or return emails so it was very difficult to hold him to anything he said on the phone. He no-showed to a meeting with my adjuster at my property then didn't make me aware of a subsequent meeting with the adjuster at my property. At a meeting at his office with the insurance company adjuster he literally told me to go over everything with the adjuster since I "knew it better". What a waste of my money. I dealt with all the trades, GC, electricians, plumbers, plaster, paint, etc. and the only one who caused any undue stress was the one person who was supposed to be on my side, Anthony Maddaleni."
