"Horrible environment, the employees who work here are clueless even after claiming to work there for over 13 years. They can barely speak English and get angry when you ask them to repeat themselves. Be wary who you make business with as they took over a week to cancel my policy and I ended up having to pay for another cycle. Belise, evelise, not sure of the names of the folks here but take your business elsewhere ***UPDATE It seems Arbella isnt a real insurance company and instead works with 3rd party agents such as this business ran by the 10 year olds. I have escalated to some department through Arbella since I have conversation proof of my complaint and the Settipane agents were lying stating the opposite. Quite a shame honestly, but we leave it as that.. beware"
