"The girl who works in the office is too rude. She is not capable of paying attention to problems because when we arrived, she didn't even understand our issue. She wouldn't let us speak, and after two weeks, I realized that instead of helping me, she made my account worse. Here is a summary: "My husband and I share accounts. We have a savings and a checking account. Money was being taken from our checking account, and we didn't know why. We told her we wanted to close the account because we had previously tried to cancel the card, but the issue persisted. Instead of helping us, she made my husband request a new card and set the savings account as a regular account. Now, every time he makes a payment, it comes out of the savings account." I'm so angry that I can't even express myself properly. Please train that girl well or have someone else as a resource if a client doesnt want to see her anymore."

"Is there a chance we can fix the outside ATM. For the past 5 years it works about 50 percent of the time I go after hours to make business deposits and it's never working probably 7 out of 10 times this month alone"

"I called this branch ahead of coming out to close my accounts explaining on telephone they promised me my debit card and many days later card wasn’t issued and I was told I’d have to wait. All that prior to my direct deposit going in on the 30th. When I called I was told card was not issued as I was told it had been. In prior calling today before going out to close account explaining no checks open as I had some many difficulties with the customer service team. It was still a major pain in the neck closing my account that wasn’t open a month. If your thinking about changing banks seek another financial institution as this bank is terrible."

"Went to this bank to cash a savings bond and nobody spoke English , I was the only American citizen there . Customers or employees . After talking to 3 different employees was told it would be 30-45 min wait . When I said ok no problem , another employee said can you come back another day ? You could tell they wanted nothing to do with me . I said sure and closed my account there to bring to a better bank."

"The worst branch of the worst bank. Let's start with the fact there's no parking. Secondly, today is June 1st. The first of the month is when everyone gets their government payments or whatever, and they have one teller working. But this is pretty standard for this location. If you see 2 tellers working it's like seeing a unicorn. If wish to all that is holy that my job didn't do their banking here so I wouldn't be put through this every single day. I would never bank here for my personal account. Ever."
