"Bisbees should be ashamed of themselves. Michael who runs it is the most unprofessional funeral director I have ever seen. Even before the horrendous services, when he was called to pick up my grandmother from her home, he was laughing and joking outside while we were devastated saying our final goodbyes inside, unfathomable! He tried to show off and embarrass my sister and I saying we couldn’t see my grandmother the day of the wake until other family members did first (meanwhile not only did my sister and I partly PAY for the services, she brought us up since we were 2 years old, we lived with her our whole lives, he knew this as he knows the family) trying to yell at us like children - he ended up embarrassing himself. Michael, next time stop trying to make yourself seem important, trust me - you are not. You acted like an immature flamboyant simpleton and embarrassed yourself. I do appreciate your lame attempts the next morning to suck up to me once you realized who you were dealing with it and how wrong you were. Nonetheless, do yourself a favor and get out of the business. Everyone in town talks bad about you. Give it up Michael."
"Bisbee funeral home is disgusting. The dork Michael that runs it is a complete sh—bag. He is known to be a snake. My family and I walked into my grandmother’s service with my cousins to have a few minutes before opening to public to say our goodbye’s and he yelled at us like children (were in our mid-forties) telling us we were “not allowed to enter the room” to have time with my Nana. Being confused, we reminded him who we were in relation, as grandchildren. He yelled “I don’t care! It’s the law!” … What?? We were at her bedside when she passed at home and he is the one who took her out as we were all there. He knew who we were! Meanwhile, there are people walking freely around, as my Nana is laying there in the open casket as we are being scolded. No sense at all. We learned later, this was not “the law” and he was clearly having a control issue tantrum or was embarrassed of how he presented my grandmother. I’ve had my father’s service there and my grandfather’s in the past (being cheaper and local, it always seemed logical). Funny, he never made people wait to enter those services. He is a lying POS. My family is very close, my Nana raised me in her home and we were ALL raised and known as respectful people in town. We would never do anything intentionally wrong or “against the law”. He made us feel ashamed and embarrassed while mourning a loss, as a family. Not to mention, in front of our children. My 10 year old son asked what we did wrong due to his rude approach. As a person in the industry he should know better. His arrogance and ignorance with grieving people shows his lack of professionalism and what a loser he is. He did try to backtrack the next day at the funeral and that just made him look more pathetic. He's a snake and kisses up when called out on it. Complete trash."
"They did everything for me , helped me out at time of need. gave my mom a beautiful funeral .. thank you Ann"
"We have been going to Bisbee’s since it was in Saugus Center in the 60’s. When it merged and became Bisbee-Porcella, our family used their services for my grandmother, aunt and uncle. My husband has been a funeral director for 40 years and we were impressed with their professionalism and attention to details. They made us feel comfortable at a sad time and were very accommodating . Each funeral was carried out with specific requests and all went smoothly. Even though I live many miles away, when my time comes, I have requested to go through Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home."
"This funeral home is bias and treated my family horrible... They referred to us as You people we are of Hispanic decent and they were horrible!"
