"Came in for notary the Manager of the bank he was very rude and walk around like he owns the place barking orders. tells me your next take a seat 15 min, after the notary was done with the customer and ready to take me he pulls her to do something else and ended waiting 40 min for a notary. The lady who did the notary was a sweetheart and very nice this review is for the poor manager."

"I had visited four different branches and they were unable to help me without an appointment , what needed to be done was easily available thru the Mobile App but none of the employees took the time to explain that I could of done it thru the App. Jessica in Saugus provided an excellent customer service, she walk me thru the steps to be able to complete what needed to be done, and she taught me a lot of things that I am able to do via the App. Great job Jessica you really know how to treat your customers."

"I just walked into this Bank of America to ask their help cashing bonds. Their door was completely open, but the second I stepped into the lobby, this lady started shouting at me from a side office in broken English that they were closed and literally shooing me away with her hand. The other lady at the front counter, instead of saying "oh I'm sorry, we're closed, but how can we help you?" She doesn't't even acknowledge me. She just asks out loud "Why is that door open?" to a coworker out of sight while giving me a scornful look."
