"Horrible experience. Went in to withdraw funds and close the account because I was reorganizing my finances and they told me I had to wait an hour. The process takes less then 5 minutes. Any chance of me reopening my BOA account in the future died today."

"Terrible customer service. My mom requested safe deposit service; the teller checked her ID and account and then told her to wait. There were customers waiting in line so my mom sat down across from the teller and waited for about 15 minutes. However, once the teller finished helping other customers, she got up with her thermos mug, walked pass my mom and went straight into the break room, COMPLETELY IGNORING MY MOM. Mom had to ask another teller for help and waited another couple minutes for the manager to let her access the safe deposit. Totally rude and UNPROFESSIONAL."

"Very slow and unprofessional service .I called this branch many times and when I went they told me to make another appointment next day so I did and I went and waited for 42 minutes and then they told me they were busy and they will call me tomorrow morning to make another appointment !!!!! They are always short staff, their tellers have no idea what they are doing half of the time and you have to walk them through to get the information you need."
