"Very satisfied with this bank. Hours are convenient, they handle my unusual requests gracefully. Update 19 May 2024, still very satisfied with the Sunday drive thru."
"Great customer service but the bank itself is very cold looking a lot of open space where you can write out everything is not convenient"
"Absolutely questionable bank at best. After the second time in less than 7 months of having my acct compromised and receiving ZERO potential fraud call notifying me of same, I've had enough. After calling, speaking to someone and being assured they would stop payment, not only did they NOT do that and continued to allow fraud charges to go through my debit card knowing it was compromised, but they then charged me insufficient funds charges to cover all the bounced checks because of their Incompetence. And here I am on vacation without a penny to my name because of this bank. As soon as I am home from vaca, my 1st stop is to close out all my accounts. If you value your money, this is NOT the bank for you. But if you don't care about a bank not caring about your money, then this is the perfect bank for you. I prefer to do banking with a competent bank that will protect my cash personally. I cannot stress enough how dangerous this bank is. Banks aren't in short order. I urge people to bank elsewhere"
"I went to get some documents notarized and was attended by Benyam B. Merawi, Asst manager. After notarizing, at the end, he wouldn't let the staff sign as witnesses on the pretext of me not being their customer, and that he didn't charge me, and also that he wouldn't do more than 1 sign blah blah. He tried to dissuade me saying they were busy when they were clearly not as busy. I said I'd wait till they're free but he was determined. This rendered the notary process useless. As I was leaving, one of the tellers happened to come out and so I asked her for signature. She was cool, very nice and said she doesn't have any problems signing. I went inside and approached another teller for the second witness signature (who went to Merawi sitting across the counter to know if she can sign) and comes back to blatantly tell me on the face she was not comfortable. So I left with one signature and a boat load of disappointment. Finally, I ended up going to TD bank in Revere and doing the whole process all over again. Not going here ever again."
"This bank is a scam. How could a change counting machine (as a worker said gets calibrated often) be 67 dollars off in change when you have been counting your change by hand and keeping a runny tally for the last Four years. If you have any large amount of change I would roll it and count it yourself and not trust their product."
