"I had a great experience with them. Communicating was easy and fast. Their movers know exactly what they are doing and took great care of all my furniture. Their response time is super fast and efficient. Will definitely be using them in the future!"
"Great company. We moved 3 times over the years including a cross country move to our son. This company use their own trucks and trailers, showed up on time and everything was delivered the way it was sent."
"I used Eagle Lines in August to move. This is a review I have been meaning to write for some time now so someone else does not have to experience what I did. One of the movers accidentally broke a knob off of an antique dresser. Accidents happen and I am not upset that the dresser was damaged but I am angry they tried to hide it from me. The mover tried super gluing the knob back on without telling me and used so much excessive glue that it dripped onto my hardwood floor. There is still a glob of glue on my floor today. When I reached out to customer service they were incredibly dismissive. They offered to come “fix” my floors and offered a nominal credit but I was not about to let someone else from their company come and potentially cause more damage to my floor. A real estate agent had actually recommended them to me and was horrified when I told them about my experience. If they were trying to hide something like this who knows what else they might be dishonest about. I do not recommend using their service."
"The movers came 1.5 hours late. Their truck was already full with other peoples things. They refused to move the contents of fridge as well as my garbage cans. Left me to move all of those items on my own. I’m paying for them to move ALL of my stuff. Beware of the estimate. They ended up charging me almost double the price of the estimate. Broke several of my items and reluctant to pay the damages. Still awaiting the refund for that. Find another company."
"I spent several weeks researching to find a reliable, trustworthy moving company. I cannot tell you what a nightmare Eagle lines turned into. Most significantly two 3 by 5 canvas paintings that a friend did which were the most important item of my move, did not arrive. They blamed me for not having it on the inventory. I thought it was one of the 15 boxes as they had wrapped it in cardboard. My fault for not doing a separate inventory before they arrived but it was my first big move. They take no responsibility for the disappearance of the paintings as there are not on the inventory. In addition the van arrived 11 days after it left my property. They said this was my fault as I wasn't there on day 3 to receive it. So this would mean the van would have had to have unloaded my things at the Warehouse, loaded it again onto a bigger truck, loaded and unloaded a second move, moved my belongings onto a smaller truck and travelled over 900 miles before I drove down. Thirdly they will not take responsibility for anything you wrap on your own even if it says Fragile on it. So many items were broken even though they were securely wrapped and packed in bubble wrap. Obviously they were not handled as fragile items. It is beyond heartbreaking to have no explanation for the disappearance of these paintings and no empathy or effort from the company owner and their employees. The only comment when questioned was "it wasn't on the inventory"."
