"Staff/impetigo/Open sores from blowup slides. Yes that description sounds bad but what we are dealing with is! Our family rented blowup slides from the company for our graduation party June 29 employees set it up for us quick on time and professional a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, the following days and months have been an absolute nightmare with over a dozen children in multiple families with some cases, extreme staff infections to the skin. Over a month later Aug 14th from the party kids are still flaring up and back to the doctors office. I spoke with one employee over the phone when I was contacted by three other families that were attending the party their children had to go to emergency care. I was assured that the proper cleaning procedures were put in place. No refund or follow up phone calls. After a week or so more cases flared up and I was being sent photos from families, but I will not post as they’re pretty graphic, but I went to the location to show a manager just so they could see the severity of the situation. Again, same response this is a very rare case and hope that it’s isolated just to that one situation. I have used the company previously without issues and can’t say enough how good the customer service was with the employees that help set up and breakdown the equipment just wanted to share my story in hopes that The companies will go a little extra mile in their cleaning procedures before the units go back out for rental. , this has been a very bad situation for my kids and others from the party with open sours and painful for these kids some on there face others on private parts and all over. I’m sure this is an isolated situation that doesn’t happen often, I hope but it did to my family and others that attended our party. Last thing I wanna do is put down a local company, but if it can avoid this happening to other families so be it."
