"These people are horrible. I can not believe that they are in customer service business. They were suppose to deliver a bed set that I bought in California and was supposed to delivered in Massachusetts. The day of scheduled delivery, I took the day off waiting for them .By 2pm no delivery. Called them, their excuse was that paperwork got miss placed and the truck left without the item. We scheduled another day( one week from that day} for delivery. Next week the same story.... How many times some one has to stay home till they decide "Not To Miss Place The Paperwork?" They do not even deserve one star!"

"The nastiest people I have ever dealt with. Absolutely horrible Attitude immediately when I call in and the package has taken over a month to come when it was predicted just under a week. Do not use this company, period. I now have to drive to their warehouse to pick up my shipment, because they can not do the one thing they were created to do. Absurd."
