- Ensure your package is securely sealed and labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label.

- Packages should weigh less than 55 pounds and measure smaller than 48" x 25" x 25".

- We accept most domestic packages, and international packages with a U.S. origin address.

- Dangerous goods or hazardous materials are not accepted, except for UN 3373.

Additional Information:

- Packages are held for up to 7 days. After this period, they are returned to the nearest FedEx facility.
