She couldn’t answer a simple question, kept calling me “sweetie”, like I’m a 5 year old and when i asked her to stop, she hung up on me. I’ve been with this company since 2017 and this was absolutely unprofessional."

"I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent experience with this Horrible Insurance place. Unfortunately, the level of customer service I received was far from satisfactory. Angela, the owner, demonstrated poor communication, causing significant delays in my attempt to open a new insurance policy. Despite my efforts to address these issues, the responses were not only delayed for days but also unhelpful. Moreover, when I expressed my concerns, I was surprised to be advised by Angela to seek another insurance company. Seriously who does that? This experience has left me with the impression that everyone in your office is not only unprofessional but also, regrettably, untruthful. It is disheartening to label your office as such, but my interactions have led me to believe that caution is necessary for anyone considering your services. These people are a SCAMS stay away from them."
