Reviews
"This is a great community library with many online resources and activities for children and adults. I just attended a great jazz concert at no cost."
"A bright and sunny library with huge windows...looking out on lovely fields. A comfortable area to read, meditate or simply look out the windows and admire the view. There are several nooks where you can read, or write. The selection of books is very good. If you enjoy magazines, there is a large selection to choose from. The library offers many, many programs for children, as well as, adults. There are numerous computers available for use...and wifi. They also have a fantastic book sale. The staff is friendly and helpful....and the women and men who run the book sales are fantastic...I've been to so many sales...and have gotten to know them so well...I consider them friends. Please check out the library....and in the summer, you can go to the farmer's market across the street...another must see...they have great stuff!!!"
"Absolutely the best place not only for booklovers but for the community at large. Wonderful programs for children, and for the rest of us, lectures, music events, art shows, computers and copiers to use. If you haven't made your way there yet, do so--you are missing the heart of Hillsdale."
"This is one of my favorite libraries, in fact I am there right now enjoying some wifi. They are helpful. I just witnessed a librarian helping someone with MS Word and she was very patient considering they questions being asked. I find it relaxing here. If you need to study, research, job search, or get work done it is perfect."
"Very nice library. Have been using their free museum passes . It saved me lots of money. Librarians are polite and do their job well.Besides free passes they have lots of events for adults and children.Recommend this library to everyone from Hudson Valley. Easy to find and building and grounds are well kept. Please visit this wonderful library! ."
