"I dropped off 4 tanks for inspection and refill, got 3 back. They lost one of my favorite tanks and never offered to replace it. I was at the location twice about the issue. The owner was very rude and offered zero resolution. Never going back."

"Marsh Scuba Supply is the Local dive shop in Lagrangville, NY owned by Larry. When you walk in the staff there are very pleasant helping you with any questions you have. Although they may be nice at the shop I question the sanity of his employee and best friend Robert. I took a trip with them to the Caribean and not everyone is as nice as they seem. Robert is a full time nurse and volunteer helper who comes to the shop about twice a week. On our way back home at the airport I was in line in front of him and took a little longer going through security. I made the mistake of not taking my belt off so the metal detector kept going off. I could see him behind me letting out these dramatic huffs and rolling his eyes. After we both got through the metal detector he calls me out twice saying, "Dude, you're in my way!" We had plenty of time before the next plane departed so I thought it was very rude of him to act like that and was a little offended. When we were at the gate waiting I could hear him by the window telling the owner how annoyed he was with me. I don't know if it was the drinking the previous night, or if that's his normal personality, but lets just say people aren't as friendly as they seem when you first meet them so be careful about going on trips with strangers, and if he's the type of person to lose his temper over something so small, he was never meant to work in human services let alone health care. Also on the trip the owner was a bit of a jerk to me on the last day because I forgot to notify my roommate of the meeting time, but other than that I'd say he was a perfect gentleman."
