"This place is dirty and has awful customer service. All of the staff is holding up the countertop leaning against it if a person opened another Dunkin’ Donuts and had good customer service and it was clean you all would be rich."

"First of all, I am a dunkin girl. I ordered 2 iced coffee and 2 donuts. It took about 15 minutes to get the coffee after I had to ask if they forgot about my coffee. I walked toward the bathroom to see the guy get a cup out of the trash...yes the trash and pull the sticker off of it and put it on a cup. I asked if that was my cup and he said yes. I told him that doesn't work for me because you literally just pulled that sticker off a cup you pulled out of the trash. I told him to use a different cup, because that is nasty. The bathroom floors were sticky and nasty. I am honestly sorry we stopped in. Yuck!"

"I normally don’t post reviews, especially bad ones but this needed to be shared. I placed an online order for drive thru pick up and got to the speaker to be told my ticket didn’t print so I had to tell her what all I ordered. I told her how I wanted my coffee TWICE and she ignored everything but one thing I wanted. There are better Dunkin’s around here so I’ll never be coming back to this one. Just poor customer service"

"Very much in the Christmas spirit! I loved it! Staff was really courteous and friendly! Even the donuts were decorated for Christmas and They were priced normally! All in all one of the best Dunkin's I've been to in awhile!"
