"Stopped at Sonic for Chicken nugget kids meals and shakes. I ordered a burger combo for myself. I was informed that they had no nuggets. I asked for a milkshake. Unfortunately, they have no ice cream as well. Not sure why they bothered to open when they don't have most of the food on the menu."

"Ordered through the drive thru. Upon reaching the window, it took a little bit before we were acknowledged because everyone was on their phone and the person that was supposed to be working the drive they window was crouched under the window facing the opposite direction on their phone. Received order finally and drove off. Decided to make sure everything was in the bag after the subpar service. Missing items after checking. Drove back around the drive thru and ended up sitting at the window until I had knocked on it because they were once again not paying attention and on their phones. Was told they were out of said items that I was missing. Asked why I was charged and never told. No response so I asked for refund and they said they couldn’t do anything because I had driven off already."

"On February 22nd, I had the worst experience at this location. One, I was charged for something that I never received. Two of the worst foods I've ever eaten ..garbage. Three horrible customer service the young lady argued with me and attitude . Over 4 months to get my money back. Over 4 phone calls, and no one has called me back. And now Sonic is asking for the location when clearly they have this documented online. Furthermore, the Yulee Florida location never answers their phone. I'll end it here..worst ever experience. For $18.26, I'm being treated poorly ....sad."

"We had 5 people and all ordered a drink, using the app. When the order was finely brought out, there were only 4 drinks. We brought it to their attention and they came over the speaker asking what was missing. We informed the young man about missing drink and after a few minutes we hear that he thought he had found it. Then he said the drink would be right out."
