"Pulled in at 2:15 am. Not only are they not open, but their parking lot has a giant HOLE right in front of the entrance, and because it's raining so much it was totally invisible because it was filled to the brim with water. It totally ripped the front end off my car. I'm literally sitting here at 2:15 am with the front bumper of my car ripped off."

"Air pump does not work properly as of August 8th 2021. I paid $1.60 for air and the psi only decreased as I tried to fill my tires. I went in to ask the person working there about it and she said she didn’t know anything about the air pump except that it’s not owned by the gas station and there’s a number you can call on the machine. I left with lost time and money, and lower tire pressure than I had before I stopped. If you need air, go to the TA truck stop 3 miles north."

"The billboard on the highway shows big things, but when we got there, bathroom was filthy, the selection of gifts was absent, and the manager left me wondering how she even got the position. We pulled out still looking for what we came for, don't waste your time stopping here, what a joke"

"There is nothing wrong with the employees. They are all great. My issues is two fold. The bathrooms are outdated and not always clean. The price of gas is .40 cents higher then the next exit so my neighbors and I only go into the store for convenience items and never gas up there. We go one exit up just two miles away and save >40 cents a gallon."

"Very slow checkout, normally severely understaffed during known busy times. Gas prices are 50 to 75 cents more than any other gas station within 100 miles. Good manager that listens and doesn't over react."
