"The lady working the drive thru was extremely rude and definitely lacks customer service skills. We made a Wendy’s account just for the free 10 nuggets but she refused to honor that. When we explained the promo we signed up for, she simply said “don’t know” and dismissed us. Very very rude and makes Wendy’s look bad. Definitely won’t be back to this location."

"As several others have stated, the employees at this location aren't the friendliest or the most accurate order takers. Service overall is subpar. However, when they manage to get it right, and hold the attitude, the food is normally hot and fresh."

"Not great. Service was incredibly slow. I came with a group, and staff forgot all of or orders. After twenty minutes of waiting we had to go back and ask them what was up, only then did they seem surprised and actually fix the sandwiches. The food itself was "ok." I got the ghost pepper chicken sandwich, which was barely spicy."

"The worker was less than attentive or engaging , working in fast food sucks. I get it, but there’s a job to do that includes talking to people. The male employee that ‘helped’ me barely spoke two words and spoke extremely quietly. FURTHERMORE and more importantly I was served pecans for my apple pecan salad that are from SEPTEMBER ‘23 and it’s now JANUARY ‘24… Lost appetite when I saw this rather than just pick off the ones I already put onto the entree. Super disappointed and would like a refund but I’ll just hope someone from management and corporate sees this"

"This burger is supposed to be a Baconator. Combo it with a almost full fry and a Coke and you are out $12. Looks appetizing doesn't it? By the way, can I get a receipt and a thank you for that amount, right? No, just attitude."
