The 4 week '50 Strong' program that I just completed was individually tailored for my fitness level. It was challenging, but trainers Jack and Angela were great at cheering me on, while making sure I was working out safely. My 60 year old body definitely felt the burn, but it has been worth it to see my strength and balance improve so much even after just 4 weeks. Owners Nora and Sean provide continuous support, and there seems to be something for everyone here. I would highly recommend Confidence Fitness for anyone who is looking for a place to safely work out under the watchful eyes of professional trainers in a warm and supportive environment. "I’ve been going to Confidence Fitness for the past 3 or 4 years. It’s an amazing gym as they were able to assist in my recovery to full health after a knee and back injury. Continuing on, my strength has increased significantly which translated into me having both great high school swim seasons and club swim seasons. This program also helped me achieve my ultimate goal of participating in the Paris 2024 Olympics. Highly recommend this program for all student athletes!"
