"Fantastic gym with high quality equipment, eleiko barbells and plates, both Kevin and Mary are super attentive and amazing coaches that guide you through any questions you may have about exercises or any physical issues you may have, and after 4 months of starting weightlifting there I went from not being able to snatch a barbell and a 40kg c+j to a 60kg snatch and a 72kg clean and jerk. Highly recommend and definitely worth your time and money!"

"I joined K&M almost a month ago and started working with Coach Mary. I am a total beginner and had never seriously lifted weights before joining. I was a little nervous for my first session, but the nerves quickly disappeared. This gym is clean, friendly, and so supportive, even for someone like me!
