Under the expert guidance of Brittany, one of the area's top fitness professionals, Body Rebuilt has been transforming lives through physical fitness since 2012. Brittany's journey began as a part-time personal trainer, but her passion for helping others succeed led her to establish Body Rebuilt as a full-time fitness facility in 2016.
At Body Rebuilt, we offer three distinct types of fitness training:
- Personal Training: Customized sessions designed to meet your individual needs and pace.
- Group Fitness Classes: Energizing and motivating classes that foster community and support.
- Nutrition Consulting: Expert advice to complement your fitness journey and enhance your results.
Brittany's impressive qualifications include being a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Holistic Health Consultant, and CPR/AED Certified. Her achievements in fitness ensure that you are in capable hands.
Our unique, scientific, evidence-based training model focuses on building a solid foundation of fitness, systematically and safely progressing you towards your goals. We aim to enhance your physical well-being, improve speed and force production, and develop a functional body capable of adapting to daily challenges.
To ensure you are continuously progressing, we track your monthly progress with body fat measurements, circumference measurements, and physical evaluations. This methodical approach ensures you are moving through each phase of fitness and seeing tangible results.

"Brittany is an amazing personal trainer! She's brought me further with my gains then I've ever been before in the gym using a combination of science, nutrition, proper technique/form and positive reinforcement to keep me pushing myself and remain motivated. In my experience, other trainers have limited techniques and a "one size fits all" training plan. Brittany on the other hand, is the complete package and is diverse. Anytime I modify a goal she takes time to build a realistic and effective plan. Since starting with her mid summer, I have gained 2 inches on my chest, 1 inch on my biceps, and went down to 14% body fat just to name a few key stats that lined up with my goals. I lost about 20 pounds of fat in the first 4 weeks and have been noticably replacing my body fat with lean muscle. My strength has definitely increased exponentially and I am only getting started!
