"This is truly a special studio! A warm and super welcoming place for all; the introductory 5 class package was the perfect way to get more comfortable with the Pilates reformer. Really, it’s a place that welcomes ALL no matter your age, shape, size, fitness level or limitations. The team works with you and starts where you are at. The staff and all the teachers could not be more kind caring and most important, knowledgeable! They work with you to find the right classes for your abilities and help you adapt and modify exercises based on what you Can do. Each visit/class is like giving your body a big hug. "This is the real deal! I mean REAL pilates with instructors that really know what they are talking about. When I travel I like to take lessons and it can be a challenge to get good pilates. Providence Pilates was excellent!!! I had a wonderful private lesson with Cheryl and then took some mat classes too. All were exceptional.
