"whoever's working at the subway on 2925 us 301 at 5:30p.m tuesday 8-6-24 must be retrained on proper customer service etiquette. the server working at the time mentioned has poor communication skills or possibly some sort of speech issue. when i walked inside there was no server at the counter. i was the only customer. so it wasn't busy at all. when the server finally appeared from the back, he just looked at me, looked away & continued to walk away without saying a word. ok fine. i understand the weather is terrible due to hurricane debbie. so maybe he didn't want to be there. fair enough. when he finally re-emerged after a minute or so, i noticed he was listening to music on his earbuds. he proceeded to put on gloves to serve me but he was still completely silent. he didn't even ask me, "what can i get for you today?" so i assumed, maybe he has some sort of verbal speech condition or just lacks good communication skills to be a proper server. so i just took the initiative by asking did they have any veggie patties. still silent he shook his head no. so i just walked out. i would've probably even still ordered some other food, as i eat a variety of different menu items from subway. but i just didn't want to spend my $ where i am unwelcomed. especially considering i always tip the establishment as well. i usually get subway 4 - 5 times weekly from the savannah, ga locations . but i decided to stop by this statesboro location as i was passing through to escape the flooding in savannah from hurricane debbie. & i must say, this is the worst customer i've experienced from any subway thus far & i haven't even eaten from this location. so my take from this is this particular subway establishment. you may want to opt for a proper customer service training protocol. or if this particular worker has a handicap, get him some help. or $ will continue to be low at this particular location."
"My husband came to this store to get dinner. He’s a truck driver and this was his last break for the evening before traveling to Mississippi. He ordered a sandwich and realized as the guy walked away while making his sandwich that flies had landed on it. He informed the employee and the employee said he didn’t see it. So he told him sir I’m staring at my sandwich and I saw it can you please remake the sandwich. The employee stated he could only remake the sandwich if he paid for the one he has to discard due to him not seeing the fly. My husband was upset and asked the employee his name, the employee refused to provide his name and then stated he could no longer serve him until he pays for the sandwich that he has to discard for an imaginary fly is the language he used. So as upset as my husband was he agreed to pay and changed his sandwich to Tuna. As he panned over to look at the Tuna there was a dead fly in it. The employee took it out and went to serve my husband the tuna and my husband pointed out there was a dead fly in it after he took a video and the employee stated he took it out. As he walked out he notice dead flies on the table and etc. This place is so unsanitary! Poor customer service and dirty location!"
"Ordered protein bowls, where bread is not the main component. Disappointed they had no chopper for the vegetables, to make it less like eating just the individual components of the ordered combo. Servings were small here. Comparing them to the last Subway we stopped at when traveling, this was less than half of the food. Service was good."

"Ordered through subway app for pickup. Got home opened it up and there was more bread than anything on my sandwich. No cheese or bacon that was supposed to be on there and skimped on the meat and vegetables. Almost like they did it on purpose to try to make some extra money by skimping on ingredients. Never ordering from this place again"
