Reviews
"Great venue! Wonderful outdoor space with sun and shade for festivals. We got there early and found parking easy. For guests, they had plenty of clean portable bathrooms. Food was good and lots of drink options!"
"Great Biergarten tonight! Popular but almost no lines for food and drink! Fun country bad and great weather!"
"No doubt, this was a great venue for my wedding reception but Jessica, the lady incharge made my wedding reception a nightmare. She made sure to threaten my guests, even went as far as saying she was going to shutdown my reception. Wedding days are supposed to be the happiest days in people's lives but Jessica made sure I regretted ever using the hall. She insulted my guests by using the "F" word, refused to serve the guests water even after we agreed that she would serve them water and even sent me a threat message a few hours before the beginning of my reception. I see a lot of wonderful reviews and I keep wondering why I was treated like trash. Maybe it is because of my skin color, but again she pretented to be nice to us until the wedding day. I would never recommend anyone to come here for their big day. Jessica is rude and should get more education on customer service. She hardly returned her calls, kept posting us, canceled some appointments and we still went ahead with using the venue because she gave various excuses and we tried to understand her. She refused to refund our deposit and said that we didn't tidy the changing room before leaving. It wasn't stated in the contract that we needed to tidy the changing room. She claimed that she found our guests with alchohol but refused to acknowledge that the bottle of wine she saw my bridesmaids with was a complimentary gift from the Limousine service that we used. She literally stomped into my changing room without knocking and didn't even care how I felt about her behavior. We had already paid for drinks but this lady kept harassing my guests asking them where they got their drinks from. I am optimistic that she would never talk to a white person or a German the way she spoke to my guests. The only reason my guests tolerated her insults was because they didn't want to ruin my day. Jessica needs to be trained professionally."
"BSV is an amazing spot. We had our wedding here and I highly recomend it. We have also been here for octoberfest and it is a really good time. I absolutely recommend this venue."
