"Horrible. Placed a curbside pickup order. Sat there waiting after notifying them I was there. Went inside to stand in a line of five people with only one person working in the store. That one person was slower than a snail, had zero concept of sense of urgency. Also wearing a hoodie with the hood pulled up while working is unprofessional."
"Would have liked to shop, but I waited outside the store for 15 minutes after the time they were supposed to open, ran a few errands and came back 15 minutes later, and the door was still locked. I called a few times, and finally I got someone on the phone, who said she wasn't ready to open the store, and couldnt tell me qhen she would be ready. I am not sure why the employees think it's acceptable to not be prepared for opening at the correct time...."
"Good store, a bit confusing because it has such a wide variety. Went in for neon/glow in the dark items and the sales associate told me they didn't have much. I guess she was as lost as I was because I managed to find a huge amount of neon items."
