"I absolutely loved my experience at The YAHD. As a big fan of their sister studio Backyahd, I was hopeful about their new venture and they delivered. The YAHD has a totally different methodology than any class I’ve taken - you really have an opportunity to warm up your body, get some mobility and strength work in, and rinse it all out with a run (or walk) on the treads. Class was challenging and felt like small group training in that the instructor (shoutout Alyssa!) gave personal attention to each of us. "The Yahd is the best workout in Boston! While it is technically small group training, it feels more like personal training as the instructors take time to work with each person in the class through the class. The combination of the treadmill with exercises on the floor and rack make it a challenging workout, but each workout is designed to accommodate folks at all levels of fitness. Can't recommend the Yahd enough!"
