"Delta continues its refusal to mail products to Alaska. Two years ago it would only mail a small rubber piece of a phone holder after I sent a separate letter offering to pay the approximately $1 in postage in addition to Delta’s normal approximately $5 shipping fee. I just ordered a new phone holder and again couldn’t get it mailed to Alaska. I gave up and had it shipped to a friend in another state who will hand carry it to me later in the summer. Alaska is a US state covered by the US postal service. It has a huge outdoor cycling culture. Why does Delta ignore Alaska?"
"Customer service was exceptional! I Purchased a smartphone holder For my road bike and the retail outlet (performance bicycle) was going out of business and had lost the part that attaches to the stem. One quick email and Delta sent me the part, no questions asked, no charge, very polite and knowledgeable! Fast delivery. So hard to get service like this these days. That made it right and it wasn’t even their fault!!!"
