"Absolutely love this gym. I’ve had negative experiences with “CrossFit” culture in the past, but RBP has always felt inclusive and welcoming. The coaches meet you where you are and will help you out whether you are an elite athlete or just looking to move your body. The programming is consistent enough where I’m able to see improvements to my form and muscle mass, but versatile enough where I’m not bored. Coaches are also considerate of injuries and will suggest variations to the workout that will give you a great workout and not further compromise any pains you may have. Last, and most important, the members are just a great group of people looking to get fit and will cheer you on along the way. Music is also bomb. Shoutout to Mark."
