"Good deals, awful customer service .. not once ever have my mom or I needed to show an ID when we picked up our orders and we have placed many many orders from this location for pick up. My mom goes to Everett way more than I do so she ordered a pair of jeans for my 2 year old that I wanted for him. We definitely have had more than a couple days to pick up orders in the past but she got an email it was going to refunded in 4 days if she didn’t get it. She’s in Costa Rica for another 6 days so she had me go and sent me the email with barcode. The young girl and a guy manager refused to give me a pair of $1.50 jeans my Mom ordered because I didn’t have an ID with her name and I asked what if she texted me a photo of her license but they asked if I had the same last name as her which I dont so he said no to that too. I don’t know how that matters at all. I just got my last stitches out this morning after major surgery and came out of my way to get my sons jeans my mom ordered. He finally said he can refund my moms card and ring it up as a new order and I would pay for it. So he can refund my moms order without talking to her but can’t look at a photo of her license and the email and barcode? What if I was a scam person and he refunded and canceled the order my mom placed without talking to her. If was an unnecessary transaction and he was on a power trip. Like make it make sense. I said we have never has to show an ID our of over 50 orders from this location and he said “well we require it now”"

"Went there 10 mins before the store closes, there was a Latina store manager at cash counter who kept on chitchatting loudly with one of the customers in Spanish , we asked to expedite billing to which she replied quite rudely to us. Never saw this kind of impolite staff in a gap store before."

"This 1 star is to the customer service experience from the rude store manager on 12/22/2021 @ 6PM. We wanted to buy our purchase through gift card that clearly said 10% discount if you buy through gap card. We have been to so many gap stores before and the service was awesome but this particular store manager did not had the knowledge nor the customer service she could provide after failing to give us a gift card as she forgot the code. I purchased $150 worth of items and asked for 2 more bags and she told me that she cannot give more than 2 bags. We bought 10+ items and we cannot get more than 2 bags? The cashier was way too nice and polite than the manager."

"I am writing under my husband's name. One of the employees I dealt with was amazingly friendly and I truly enjoyed our conversation. He made my visit to the Gap much more fun than a simple shopping trip. He answered all of my questions and spoke to me as a friend would speak to another. We spoke about the different items and their popularity. We agree together that the wonderful music that the store played was geared toward a certain age of cliental. He made my shopping trip so much more enjoyable. I did not get his name, unfortunately, but I informed him that I was going to post the most positive write up about him. He told me that there was no need to do that and he was just very happy that I enjoyed my visit. I will be back to that store for certain."
