The new Southie studio is such a vibe and is the perfect place to feel super empowered while getting in a great workout. "The best ever!! Barre Groove is sassy, challenging, and so much fun! The mix of cardio and strength training has been a great supplement to my running, and I have gotten so much stronger over the past almost 2 years of taking class. Alanna and all of the instructors are SO kind and encouraging (they also all have excellent taste in music, haha). I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, and am so excited to see how they will continue to grow!"
"I booked them for a private Bounce/Barre studio class, with a VERY specific theme in mind, and they did a fantastic job! Highly recommend. Emily was a great instructor - intense but super fun and enthusiastic. Her music choices were 10/10. Neve was extremely responsive to any requests, and even worked with me on a couple unexpected / last minute-changes. The Province Street studio is unique and felt very “Boston” which was great. Definitely a unique and fun (though intense!) experience."
